Application Procedure

Please fill out and print an online application form, then FAX or E-mail a scanned copy with signature to the Organizing Secretariat of the Eco-products International Fair 2009.

The following steps detail the procedure to apply as an exhibitor:

Raw space
Shell scheme package
  • Minimum area: 18 m2
  • Exhibition fee: 1m2 = US$280
  • Specification: 9 m2 (3-m frontage × 3-m depth)
  • Exhibit fee: 9m2 = US$2,500

Basic package includes:
1 table, 2 chairs, 2 lights, 1 outlet, 1 wastebasket,
1 place to display company name, needle-punch carpet
